Our customer, a leading company in Villach, is searching for a Product Manager (f/m) for Organizational Development and Training. |
Ihre Aufgaben: Support the site of our customer in Villach / Austria with about 500 employees and facilitate strategic organizational change in order to improve organizational effectiveness including capability, performance, and business outcomes. Responsible for managing and supporting the assessment of organizational needs and the design, implementation and evaluation of programs and initiatives that facilitate the professional development and continuous learning. Provide assessment, consultation and resources to management in the areas of organizational analysis and design, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, training & development, team development, organizational culture, change management, and performance management. Advise management on the appropriate application of tools and methodologies to diagnose, identify and resolve organizational issues. Ensure organizational skill gaps are identified and partners with management to implement action plans to address the gaps. Guide the development, implementation and follow-up actions associated with succession planning and talent reviews. Lead the design, development and implementation of leadership and employee development opportunities for the organization. Evaluate and recommend Lam provided or commercially available training courses and materials to fulfill instructional and business objectives. Evaluate and manage external consultants in the delivery of services and provides feedback. Collect, analyze and present statistics and data related to training and training effectiveness. Develop and manage the training and development budget. Report to Lam’s Clean Group Director HR and to Corporate Managing Director Learning & Organizational Development. |
Ihre Qualifikationen: Expert in the field of organization development (OD) with proven principles / practices of OD. Ability to work on complex cross-functional organization issues involving several stakeholders. Experience in the areas of leadership development, leadership assessment, management development, team facilitation, change management, performance management, coaching and organization review and talent management. Successful consultative experience in working with employees, leadership and organizational development activities. Ability to determine training needs and appropriate method for delivery of training. Effective problem solving and project management skills. Strong oral and written communication in German and English, including preparation and delivery of presentations to all levels of the organization. Solid MS Office and computer skills. Flexible and continually learning new things and appropriately applying newly acquired knowledge and skills. | Ihre Benefits: Save employment in an international company. Further education.
